2017-2019: Common Ground/A Seat at the Table: IMLS Funded Project with Children's Discovery Museum in San Jose, CA.
Artist consultant for a traveling creative space that invites children and families to come together to hear, see, and share the stories of diverse Silicon Valley community. This pop-up art installation engages participants to explore connections between food, cultural identity, and immigrant experiences through creative expression in sculpture, poetry and performance.
This multi-sensory experience features performances by local artists and engages participants in creating food sculptures, sparking conversations, and building community poems.

Thrilled to be awarded a Museums for America grant by the Institute of Museum and Library Services! Our two year Common Ground project will advance inclusion by engaging families from local immigrant communities in civic dialogue and creation of an original art installation revealing shared hopes and dreams. Partners on the project include Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI), Somos Mayfair, International Children Assistance Network - ICAN, and the India Community Center.
