StoryCraft, Elder Arts Storytelling Program.

StoryCraft is an elder storytelling/theatre program designed and created for Mesa Art Center's Creative Aging Program in Mesa, AZ for 2013-'14.  Based on the traditions of the story circle, elders tell and curate original stories in collaborative performance styles that incorporate the use of voice, movement and visual stimuli.

KAIROS Dancing Heart™: Vital Elders Moving in Community 

Megan is a 2014 teaching artist for KAIROS ALIVE's Dancing Heart, an award winning, evidence-based arts program and a best practice model for working with frail elders based in Minneapolis, MN.  From Kairos Alive's website: "We invite older adults and their family members and caregivers to help co-create a new vision of dance--one that is inclusive of all ages, all bodies, and many different ways of moving, exploring the "language of dance" through movement improvisation, the interweaving of dance and story, and the collaborative development of choreography that draws on their memories and life experiences".
